By purchasing this course, I hereby release and forever discharge and hold harmless Heidi Lowe Gallery, LLC and  Heidi Lowe from any and all liability, claims, demands, costs and damages of any kind. I am aware that the jewelry/metals course that I am purchasing and voluntarily participating in may involve the use of materials and equipment that are potentially hazardous and dangerous. I understand and acknowledge by purchasing/participating in this course, I knowingly assume any and all risk of injury, harm, illness, property damage, loss or death, whether those dangers and risks are known or unknown. I understand that the effectiveness of this course is dependent on the purchaser/participant. There are no refunds if the purchaser/participant deems this course as ineffective or doesn’t meet their expectations.
