8 sessions, Mondays, 4:30-6 pm, January 11-March 1, 2021
This fun 8-week class, Thinking Through Metal, is for kids 11-13 years old. They will learn the basics of metalworking and explore ideas that intersect life and metal objects. Students will make a variety of wearable and non-wearable projects. It is a great way for kids to connect with each other, be creative, and work with their hands (and have a break from the screens) in a safe studio environment. The cost of the class includes the material fee. No experience necessary.
“It is so much fun to watch the kids express themselves in metal while learning how to make something new.” -Heidi Lowe
